2022 HOA Dues Update

At the August HOA meeting, the board approved a 10% increase to dues in 2022 to fund a reserve for long term fence repairs and other neighborhood maintenance. This increase of $38/household will enable us to tackle projects like improving the entrance landscaping, adding solar lights, and finally tackling our fence repairs.
