The homeowners association (HOA) manages rules, projects, and amenities. Attend any monthly meeting to have a vote on what’s happening in your neighborhood.

The HOA keeps dues low in part by asking neighborhood volunteers to help with open space clean-up. This clean-up includes tree and shrub maintenance along the creek; entrance trimming and weeding; open space trash pick-up; and other projects as needed.
Spring Clean-Up: Saturday, May 3 | any time between 9 am – 4 pm | Meet at the bridge that’s at Windy and 59th
Fall Clean-Up: Saturday, Oct. 4 | any time between 9 am – 4 pm | Meet at the bridge that’s at Windy and 59th

Join your neighbors for food, drinks, and great conversation. Tents, tables, and chairs will be available as well as a bouncy castle!

Trash is picked up every Wednesday and recycling every other Wednesday. Weather and/or holidays may impact this schedule.

Your HOA dues pay for trash and recycling pick up.

Simple modifications: Simple changes to your property such as the planting or removal of trees, bushes, or flowers do not need neighbor or board approval. Alterations of land should conform to and harmonize with existing surroundings and structures.
Moderate modifications: More significant changes to the look and design of your yard should be approved by the neighbors that are in your line of sight.
Complex Modifications: No structure, whether residence, accessory building, tennis court, swimming pool, antennae, flag poles, fences, walls, house numbers, mail boxes, exterior lighting, or other improvements, shall be constructed upon any previously developed lots and Common Areas and no landscaping performed upon those same lots and Common Areas unless complete plans, specifications, and lot plans therefore showing the exterior design, height, building material and color scheme thereof, the location of the structure plotted horizontally and vertically, the location and size of driveways, the general plan of landscaping, fencing, walls and windbreaks, and the grading plan shall have been submitted to and approved in writing by HOA Board, and a copy of such plans, specifications, and lot plans as finally approved, deposited with the HOA Board. Neighbors in the direct line of sight of any such structure will also need to sign off on these improvements.

The HOA does not pay for snow removal. The county provides this service.
