HOA Executive Board

The HOA Board, which is elected each year at the January Annual Meeting, conducts the Association's business in an open forum. All homeowners are encouraged and welcome to attend the monthly meetings.

The HOA is governed by official policies and procedures. All documents are available through the website in an online format, and all signed original documents are on file at:

January Annual Meeting & Elections

Each year at the January Annual Meeting, the year's board members are elected by those homeowners who attend the annual meeting or send their vote by prior written proxy. Nominations are accepted by the current board during the November and December HOA meetings or, if nominations are still needed they are accepted at the beginning of the annual meeting. Board positions are determined by the newly elected board at the February meeting, with the president position being asked to make a minimum two year commitment.
