New business

• Approval of minutes from prior meeting  April 10, 2024

• Proposal on 5981 Virgil Court with approval signatures

• Discuss scheduling additional meetings after June 5, and monthly or every other month

Old business - Last Meeting Follow-up

• Discuss Spring Clean-up and the awesome attendance ( approximately 23 homes participated and others whom the Board may not know about whom cleaned up around their property)

  • East & West Fence rails re-attached

  • Some creek clean-up

  • Cleaned up both entrances (Virgil & Windy)

  • Islands mowed

  • Dumpsters are full and should be picked up tomorrow

• Update from Casey re: Website back-up:  status of getting Terese set up to assist.
  

• Update from Julia re: e-mail for HOA - when can we expect this as we continue to use our personal e-mails for HOA business.

• Update from Cindy/Terry re: current budget

• Update on Department of Institutions

• If Mr Jones attends -  continued proposal and discussion for 5945 Easement

• Additional Discussion on bids for cleaning out the creek
