Dumpsters are here!

After a bit of a delay, the dumpsters have arrived! For anyone new to the neighborhood, each spring the HOA orders large dumpsters from Waste Management to provide an opportunity for residents to get rid of larger trash or recycling items that aren’t able to be picked up through normal garbage service.

A few requests to ensure that everyone gets to take advantage of these. Please:

• Break down boxes before tossing them in

• Do your best to fit large items into the dumpster in a way that leaves room for others to add their items

• Be careful when tossing things that are breakable to avoid the accumulation of broken glass around the dumpsters

• Do NOT overfill the dumpsters
