Thank You for Your HOA Improvement Suggestions!
At the October HOA meeting, the Board reviewed all of the HOA improvement suggestions submitted by homeowners. The number one suggestion submitted by homeowners was upgrading the two entrances. As such, the HOA Board voted and approved the following HOA improvements:Upgrade Two Entrances:
- Install commercial solar lighting
- Refinish and paint the "The Trails" lettering and logo
- Re-landscape, including new ground cover and plants
