WM Trash Pick-up Scope of Work
- Trash: Wednesday Weekly
- Recycle: Wednesday Every-Other-Week Recycle (GOLD weeks on recycle calendar).
- Additional HOA trash pick-up information: Recycle & Trash Pickup
Includes (1) 96 Gallon Trash cart & (1) 64 or 96 Gallon Recycle cart to each household. All items to be in the carts for service and to be curbside from 7am to 6pm on service day.

Our goal is to attain world-class safety and, more importantly to be the safest company in our industry.
*** In the event WM is unable to service on your scheduled service day, our goal is to recover as soon as possible and return the following day. However, please continue to put carts out from 7am to 6pm on any following days until we are able to return for recovery. ***

***During a holiday week, service will be delayed by one day for all service days that fall on or after the holiday. Normal Schedule will resume the following week***
Additional Carts
Additional 96 Gallon Trash and/or Recycle carts are available at $5.30 per additional cart/per month, billed direct to the resident on a quarterly basis. Additional carts can be started and stopped at any time. Residents to call Customer Service (303) 797-1600 or (888) 496-8824 to get setup with additional carts. Residents to state they are with Trails HOA (Golden, CO) and provide their service address. ***Recycle Material Offset (RMO) applies to additional Recycle carts, monthly variable rate approx. $1.50-1.75 per month.***
Bulk Items
Bulk Item Pickup available. Residents to call Customer Service (303) 797-1600 or (888) 496-8824 to pre-pay and pre-schedule a bulk pickup. Customer Service will be able to advise on the current rates and acceptable items. Approx. $40.00 +/- per item and typically can be scheduled for next service day if called in within 48 to 72 hours prior to next service day.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
