As many of you have noticed, Denver Water's North Water System Renewal pipeline project is approaching The Trails HOA.

Denver Water has notified the HOA that staging for the project will occur as early as November 6th.  HOA Board members and Denver Water representatives will be holding a special meeting to discuss construction details of the pipeline through the HOA property:
