Old Business

Matt is working on getting a quote for someone to professionally mow the teasel areas.

Wendy walked the property with Tom Gardner. All the pines (Pinon, Ponderosa) are infected by a moth. He will provide a quote for annual moth spraying. 

New Business

Fence

We are considering a buck and rail replacement in lieu of repairing our existing fence. Buck and rail is along Easley, for folks who want to see an example.

Do we want to keep the double row, or take it down to a single row along the bridal path?

  • We will get a cost estimate to do a proof of concept in the front of the development

  • We will create a plan of replacing the entirety of the fencing over the course of several years

  • We will solicit affirmation that this is how we want to spend our $

  • Post images on the website and email to board. If you object, let us know, otherwise we will proceed with getting cost and bids

    • Bob will get a bid from the contractor that he knows. Should run around $8/linear foot. Split rail is $12 and up.
