New board
Bob proposed motion to approve the slate of new board members
Seconded by Matt and approved by all present

Fencing
Will get a quote to repair, rebuild, and install the new style
On average, we repair 1x or 2x per year and we use volunteer labor
We are proposing repairing/replacing the outer fence
We will remove the inner fence except where it borders homes and homeowners want to take over maintenance
Teasel
Mowing is complete
Spraying will happen in May and they’ll be able to knock the new growth down at that time
Bill Fossmeir passed on Sunday night
We could plant a tree in his honor
Send flowers to their home
Can we arrange meals or snow removal to help them out?
Ken Manley will reach out to his wife and find out what they need.
Polly’s Trees
Construction crews removed the trees that were there
Polly would like to plant new trees on the neighborhood side of the easement to replace the trees that were in the easement
Cottonless cottonwood trees: are fast growing and native to the area
She will pick up and maintain
Ken would also like to replace a ponderosa pine that died from the pine beetle
Spring Cleanup
Cindi schedules dumpsters for spring cleanup
Matt will shoot her an email to get those scheduled
Late April or early May depending on weather
