Attorney has been identified and engagement letter sent to Board for review
60th Fence Project (Wendy)
Approved budget of $22,000 to remove and haul away old outside fence along 60th by cutting off old posts. Payment of contractor (Villalobos Fencing LLC) upon completion. HOA to buy materials from Rocky Mountain Forrest Products. 1st Keith & 2nd Ken passed unanimously
Discussed need to communicate to homes regarding internal fence maintenance responsibilities
