Covenants attorney review.
Attorney has been identified and engagement letter sent to Board for review
60th Fence replacement update (Wendy)
Preliminary approval for Wendy to seek formal bids from contractor with an initial approved budget of $22,000 to remove and haul away old outside fence along 60th by cutting off old posts. Final bid to be presented and approved at January 2023 meeting. The Board stated that a letter should be sent to all residences with an interior split rail w with clarification that repairs/replacements are that property owner’s responsibility due to several people attaching to and modifying the interior fences.
Denver Water project area was re-seeded in October (Matt update)
Matt stated that the Denver Water contractor was out in October to Denver Water project area as required by the easement at Denver Water’s expense.

Several Board members who have served many years would like other homeowners to fill the role. Keith to draft letter to be sent with HOA Dues
