July 10, 2024-Meeting Minutes

Attendees: 

Terry H, Ken M, Rick & Heidi K, Megan S, Binny H, Heidi K, John A and Casey L.

 New Business:

- Neighbors attended the July 8th Community meeting and brought attention to the coalition against the trucking distribution center planned at 60th & McIntyre development. Local neighbors have donated their time and effort the last two years and feel they can fight the upcoming legal battle with information they’ve uncovered. They need donations and other support for anyone able. See details at the McIntyre Neighbors United website.

- Motion to approve Megan Shade’s Sherwin Williams “Rockweed” exterior paint color - approved. 

- Megan and Heidi discussed how they are having continued challenges with the mental health facility across the street from their properties. 

 - Continued discussion about the hemlock weed growth in the No Name Creek ditch.  John A to review whether original Weed Wranglers contract included complete removal or not. 

 - Discussion and plans are moving forward for the HOA Picnic on August 24th from 4-7pm (Back-up date is September 7th).
