Dec 11 - 5981 Virgil Court

-Bid from Lou, the tree guy, was approved in Track 12 via verbal and e-mailed votes. It was discussed and agreed upon that any future requests from Homeowners for issues in the open space will be assessed by the Board on a case-by-case basis, with the understanding that the decision will be made by assessing risk vs the budget. When date is set to cut down the dead limbs, neighbors will be advised so they can plan accordingly.

-Casey advised his Father is an attorney and will review our documents (once the Board lets him know our concerns), then let us know cost and process of updating. However, any change to the covenants will require a 75% vote of the Trails Homeowners. The prior bid for attorneys to review was voted down due to the cost. This will be put on the agenda for next meeting.

-Request to mow the island by W 58th Place - Discussion and it was decided to ask for this to be put on the website if anyone in the neighborhood would like to volunteer to mow this and if no response, then it will be added to continuing agenda.

-Discussion on subsequent bid received from Sky High Tree to do clearing of branches, sucker growth and lifting of larger trees up to 6 feet starting on west side of Virgil Court going across the creek but not all the way west, then doing the same on East side approximately 12-15 feet East from the bridge. It was decided and voted on that the Board will have to meet again to discuss in further detail and decide how to move forward.
