 New Business:

-Approved August 14 Meeting Minutes

-Teasel Spraying:  Discussion generated on fall teasel spraying, brief discussion on the effectiveness of Weed Wranglers spraying again in the fall and the cost of same. Motion made to approve the fall teasel spraying but there was not enough votes in favor to pass.  That member became disruptive and disrespectful and left the meeting. At that point, we no longer had a quorum to continue to do business.

-Neighbor had brought plans for a shed on her property at 17522 W 59th Avenue with appropriate neighbors that signed and approved her request.  This was verbally approved by 3 board members with plans for a 4th approval to Casey via e-mail.  The President advised the neighbor to go ahead with her plan as this will be approved upon receipt of the e-mailed approval.
