Spring Clean-up Dates
Primary: May 4
Secondary: May 18
2 Dumpsters will be ordered for both the Spring and Fall Clean-up. Secondary date will only be utilized if weather does not permit on the Primary date. Terry will ask Cindi to order the dumpsters.
Summer Picnic
Primary: August 24
Secondary: September 7

Board Transition: Matt Marino (Prior President) advised Terry he does not have have a binder or notebooks from the prior Board. Does not appear that any prior Board Member has this information.
Peggy has reached out to Julia to see if Ginger and Pam are still interested in being on the board and what that current status is.
Weed Wranglers: This company came out to the Trails prior to this meeting, and was taken through the open spaces of the HOA and bid will be forthcoming in the near future.
Engineering Report from 2012: John does not have. We will continue to search to see if we can locate.
Department of Institutions: John will obtain contact person info to discuss neighbors concerns.
New e-mail for HOA - Setup in progress. There will be an update at the next meeting. In the meantime, please use the website form to communicate with the board.
Altitude Law documents: Received and voluminous - Board will continue to review and discuss at next few meetings - Options for pricing for their work re: preparing amended and restated governing documents.
5945 Easement Discussion: Collin Jones attended the meeting. Discussion on the one easement that is within his property and one that runs on the east of his property. This issue will continue to be discussed as once it is clear and documented what Mr. Jones is asking from the HOA, then the Board will discuss how to proceed with this issue.
New Business
Meeting minutes approved for both Annual Meeting - 1-20-24 and February 21, 2024 - Motions approved and John 2nd
Proposal on 5991 Virgil Court for exterior remodel - Motion Approved - Ken 2nd
Terry will send approval to contractor via e-mail.
